The Best Barbecue
One of my girlfriends is from the south but now lives in Las Vegas and orders barbecue from these places regularly. Being from the south she has to have her rib fix every once in a while. On one of my visits to see her she had just received her order of Texas ribs and pulled pork. Fortunately for me there was enough for the two of us, they were fall off the bone succulent, smokey flavored and wonderful.
Willy Rays BBQ Written up as one of the top 50 places in the state, and some say one of the top ten. They are in my opinion the best. Tender, juicy, succulent and seasoned just right. Pit smoked ham, whole smoked beef brisket, smoked chicken, and baby back pork ribs are just some of the foods on the menu. They use hickory and oak firewood to cook with not gas so the meat has a natural smoke flavor. Other items include carrot souffle, crayfish cornbread, Cajun boneless stuffed chicken, tamales and an good selection of sauces and seasonings. Shipping is extra.
