Rocky Mountain Oysters This true American delicacy is not for the squeamish or faint of heart. I get these every once in a while for myself. My husband refuses to even look at them. When I’m eating them he gives me one of those stares as if I‘m committing some sort of sacrilege. I just say, honey get over it. Available in beef, pork, lamb and believe it or not, turkey. Roasting Hogs You probably never knew where to get one but now you do. This is definitely the whole hog. Farm fresh roasting pigs. 80-84 pound pigs down to 10-17 pound suckling pigs and whole roasting lambs (about 30 pounds). There was a food vendor at the Los Angeles County fair that roasted huge hogs on a spit, and there was always a long line of people waiting to buy a slice of this fabulous roast and I was no exception. It was one of the best pieces of pork I ever tasted. If you have never had a pig roast your in for a treat. They also carry all of the roasting and BBQ equipment. BBQ Pigs 21-25 lb. pigs to, 46-50 lb. pigs. Their products are flash frozen for freshness upon arrival. Thaw them out, put them in the pit or make your own Porchetta, that Italian specialty of a boneless small pig stuffed with garlic and herbs, rolled, tied and roasted on an open fire. Enjoy.
